Marketing professional and a strategist by vocation, Vinicius started his career as an entrepreneur. While still pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing at ESPM São Paulo, he founded a strategic planning consultancy focused on university students and an e-commerce business specializing in safes.

 

He continued his journey as a strategist in advertising agencies such as Geometry Global, Bullet, and ID\TBWA, developing strategies for brands across various sectors. His work earned him a nomination for the ABRAMARK (Brazilian Marketing Academy) Marketing Best Award for the campaign Comgás - Eu Encanei.

 

He also held the position of Head of Marketing for Webex LATAM, Cisco's collaboration platform, where he was responsible for the strategy and implementation of marketing plans for more than 30 countries in the region.

 

Vinicius studied Creative Strategy at the Miami Ad School (Miami, FL, USA), where he received a Silver Addy Award for planning the Ford - Emojional Journeys campaign. He is also a specialist in Strategic and Economic Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo.

He served as a strategy professor at the Innovation and Creativity Center of ESPM and has been working as a mentor and market strategy consultant since 2019. in 2022, he founded Ndose, a company specializing in market intelligence for original businesses, challenges and people.
